Your use of the portal and our services is governed by your Billing Service Agreement and our Standard Terms and Conditions. If those documents conflict with these terms, they take priority.
3. Accuracy of information
We aim to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but information on it is for general guidance only. Tariffs, charges and service details that apply to you are set out in your agreement and bills. Please tell us if you find an error.
4. Using the Website
You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You must not use the Website in a way that breaks any law or regulation; try to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the portal, or any system or data connected to them; introduce viruses or other harmful code, or interfere with the Website's operation; place an unreasonable load on our systems, or use automated tools to scrape or copy content; or submit false information or impersonate another person. We may suspend or restrict access to the Website at any time, including for maintenance or if we believe these terms have been breached.
5. Intellectual property
The Website and its content, including text, images, videos, logos and design, are owned by or licensed to Logic Utilities. You may view and print content for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute it for any other purpose without our written permission. The Logic Utilities, Mi Utilities and Metrion names and logos are our trademarks. Other trademarks shown on the Website, such as those of our technology partners, belong to their owners.
6. Links to other websites
The Website may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
7. Limitation of liability
The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors or viruses. To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website, or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law, or affects your statutory rights.
