How It Works
From Meter to Bill, Automatically
A smart metering system connects every meter in your building to a central platform. Readings are collected automatically through Automated Meter Reading (AMR) and smart networking, validated, and fed straight into billing. That removes the need for meter readers to visit each unit, cuts out estimated bills and gives residents and owners an accurate, up-to-date view of consumption. Logic Utilities supplies, installs and maintains the whole system using Landis+Gyr meters, and bills from it through our customer portal.
