Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)
Our planned preventive maintenance programme keeps your BTU meters operating accurately and in compliance with RSB and DoE calibration requirements.
Regular scheduled visits by our certified technicians include: meter accuracy testing, visual inspection, data transmission verification, and any remedial work identified.
PPM contracts are available on an annual basis and can be tailored to the size and complexity of your building's metering infrastructure.
Responsive Maintenance & Meter Repair
When a meter fault or anomaly is identified, whether through our remote monitoring system or reported by a resident or building manager, our team responds promptly.
