A utility provider produces and supplies the service, such as chilled water from a district cooling plant. A utility management company sits between the provider and the residents, measuring each unit's consumption, issuing bills, collecting payments and handling customer queries.

Can Logic Utilities take over utility billing for an existing building?

Yes. We regularly take over billing and collection from other providers, including in buildings where we did not supply or install the meters. We manage the transition so that residents experience as little disruption as possible.
