Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights, either as a consumer or otherwise.

“We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currency)”. The logo of the accepted cards are to be mentioned on their Home page and on their Payment check out page.

Delivery & Shipping Policy:

Inclusion is mandatory and should have the below mentioned point (Applicable as per the website Products/Services).[Once the order is placed the process they will be following to deliver/ship the items/goods, conditions and the time duration for the products to reach the customers].

• Recommended statement is “(Website) will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE”.
• Policy of multiple shipments has to be mentioned on their website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

• “Services Agreement” means the standard services agreement that will apply between you and Logic Utilities in relation to the provision of any Services;

• “You” means a user of this Website.

Your Profile

Logic Utilities reserves the right to refuse access to the Website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content at its discretion.

Services, Orders & Payment

Logic Utilities will do its best to ensure that information provided on the Website is accurate, but it does not warrant that it is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. You should not rely solely on the information presented on the Website. Please let Logic Utilities know of any errors that you find.

When you pay for Services online, Logic Utilities collects certain personal and transactional information (e.g. name, address, email address). For details on how Logic Utilities uses this information, please read the Privacy Policy.

You may pay for the Services online by supplying your credit/debit card details on the secure online order form OR by paying cash on delivery. Logic Utilities regrets that it cannot accept cheques, paper gift vouchers or other modes of payment for the Services.

When you pay for the Services online, Logic Utilities’ system automatically asks your card issuer for authorisation for the transaction amount. If Logic Utilities gets a valid authorisation, your card issuer will hold this value expecting a charge from Logic Utilities. Receipt of your credit card details and debit of payments does not constitute Logic Utilities’ acceptance of your payment.

If you pay for Services online, you agree to pay the full amount payable for such Services as indicated during the payment process, along with any other costs or other charges applicable. If the issuer of your credit or debit card refuses to authorise payment, Logic Utilities will contact you for an alternative method of payment.

Please note that Logic Utilities cannot guarantee the security of data that you send to Logic Utilities by email. Accordingly please do not send Logic Utilities payment information using email.

Unless Logic Utilities acts either fraudulently or negligently, Logic Utilities will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to the personal and transactional information you provide to Logic Utilities when paying for Services online.

The material on the Website, including but not limited to all Content, the Website design, text, graphics (together the “Materials”) and any intellectual property rights in or relating to any of the Materials is owned and/or controlled by Logic Utilities or its licensors. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

By accessing the Website you agree that these Conditions and the relationship between Logic Utilities will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, as do Logic Utilities.
